Cancelling, upgrading and downgrading a Melon Cut plan, in plain terms.
What happens when you cancel
Your plan keeps working until the end of the monthly or yearly period you paid for, then ends instead of renewing. Melon Cut Design has no free plan, so once a Design plan ends you need a plan again to keep creating.
Melon Cut Guidelines is billed per brand, so each brand's plan is cancelled on its own, and other brands are not affected.
Upgrading and downgrading
A bigger plan starts right away, and you pay the difference for the rest of the current period. A smaller plan starts at your next renewal, so you keep what you paid for until then.
How billing works
Plans are paid by card, through Angry Monkey, the company behind Melon Cut, and renew monthly or yearly, as you choose when you subscribe. Prices and current terms are on the pricing page.
