AI photo editor: describe the change, or pick a tool
Upload a photo - or use one you just generated - and either describe the change in plain words or pick one of seven editing tools. Melon Cut's AI photo editor removes and replaces backgrounds, cleans up product shots, upscales, sharpens and adds your logo, without layers or masks.

AI photo editor, step by step
Add the photo
Drop a photo into an image chat, or keep working on a picture you generated there. Switch the composer from Generate to Edit.
Describe it or choose a tool
Choose Prompt edit and write the change - "make the sky clear and blue" - or pick a tool such as Remove background, Upscale or Add watermark.
Keep going
Each new prompt changes the latest result, so edits stack one after another. Compare versions side by side and download the one you want.
Edit a photo with a text prompt
Prompt edit is the all-purpose tool: you say what should be different and the AI makes that change to the photo. It suits the edits that take time in a traditional editor - a jacket in another colour, a tidier table, warmer light.
There are no layers, brushes or selections to learn. If the first result is not quite right, say what to adjust and the next prompt changes it again.
Ready-made tools for everyday jobs
Some edits come up so often that they have a tool of their own. Pick one, set its options where it has any, and run it on the photo.
- Remove background: a transparent cutout of the subject
- Replace background: a new scene from your prompt, blended in
- Product packshot: a clean, centred shot on a colour you pick
- Add watermark: your logo in one of 9 positions
- Upscale: 2× or 4× larger
- Enhance details: sharper texture, artifacts fixed
Several photos, one edit
Attach up to 8 photos and the same edit runs on each of them in one request. It is the quickest way to give a product range the same clean background, or to put your logo on a whole set.
Edit what you generate, too
The editor works on any picture in the chat, not only on uploads. Generate a picture, then remove its background, upscale it for print or add your logo without leaving the conversation.

Yes. Attach any PNG or JPEG photo, switch to Edit, and choose a tool or describe the change. Pictures generated in the same chat can be edited the same way.
Do I need to select or mask the area to change?
No. Prompt edit works from your description, and Remove background finds the subject for you. There are no selection tools to use.

- Editing pictures How do I edit a photo by describing the change? Use an AI photo editor that takes text instructions: attach the photo, describe the change - "remove the cup", "make it evening", "add snow on the roof" - and the AI applies it. In Melon Cut Design, choose Edit, pick Prompt edit, attach the photo and write the change. Each later prompt changes the latest result, so you can refine step by step.
- AI images Can I edit an AI-generated image? Yes. Most AI image tools let you change a result by describing the change, and the file can be edited like any other picture. In Melon Cut Design each new prompt changes the latest result, and the edit tools remove or replace backgrounds, make product packshots, add your logo as a watermark, upscale and enhance details.
