A brand asset library people can filter and download from
Put every approved file where people can find it. Melon Cut Guidelines keeps your logos, images, videos, documents, fonts, colours, text and links in libraries on your brand's Assets page, where anyone with the link filters by market or tag, selects what they need and downloads it.

Brand asset library, step by step
Create libraries
In the Assets tab, make a library for each kind of file - logos, product photos, brand video, templates - and upload into it.
Tag and assign markets
Give assets tags and the markets they belong to, so people in one country or on one product line find only what applies to them.
Share the Assets page
People open your brand's Assets page, filter, select and download the originals as a zip, or convert images as they download.
One library for everything approved
Brand files tend to live in shared drives, chat threads and old emails, in several versions. A library in your guidelines holds the approved version of each, under the brand it belongs to.
- Colours, with HEX, RGB and CMYK values to copy
- Fonts, downloadable where you allow it
- Images and logos, as originals or converted
- Videos and documents
- Text, such as a boilerplate paragraph or a tagline
- Links to anything that lives elsewhere
Filters that match how you work
Markets and tags are yours to define. A retailer might set markets by country and tag by season; an agency might tag by campaign. On the Assets page, the Market and Tag filters narrow the libraries to what applies.
Many files in one download
Select as many assets as you need and they download together as a zip of the original files. Images can be converted on the way - to PNG, JPEG, PDF, WebP or GIF, at up to 2000 px and 600 DPI - so nobody has to open an editor just to resize a picture.
The same library guides your AI designs
When you name your brand in Melon Cut Design, the most relevant assets from your published guidelines guide what it makes. Keep the library current and your AI pictures stay current with it.

What is a brand asset library?
It is one place that holds the approved versions of a brand's files - logos, photos, fonts, colours, documents - so everyone who works on the brand uses the same ones.
Can people download several assets at once?
Yes. They select the assets they need and download the originals together as a zip, or convert the selected images to one format.
Can I keep assets for different countries apart?
Yes. Assign each asset to the markets it belongs to and people filter the library by market. Tags work the same way for anything else, such as a campaign or a product line.

People also ask
- Brand guidelines How do I share brand assets with a designer or agency? Share one link to your brand guidelines instead of emailing files. A designer or agency needs your logo files in several formats, exact colour codes, your fonts or their names, examples of your imagery and the rules for using them. Keeping all of it on one page means they always take the latest version and don't have to ask again.
- Brand guidelines Brand guidelines PDF or website: which is better? A website is usually the better home for brand guidelines people use every day: there is only ever one current version, and colour codes can be copied and files downloaded from the same page. A PDF still suits a fixed snapshot, such as a print handover. Keep the website as the source and hand out a PDF only when someone needs one.
