Questions
- Why is Guidelines priced per brand?
- Each brand needs different things: a side project can stay on Free while your main brand has a public address, a team and its own domain. You pay only for the brands that need more.
- Who pays for a brand's plan?
- Whoever buys it. Sharing a brand with someone, or moving it to another owner, never moves its bill: the person paying keeps paying until they cancel.
- How do Design credits work?
- Every AI action uses credits - more for higher quality, more outputs, video, and for designs made with your brand's guidelines. You always see what an action costs before it runs.
- Can I change or cancel my plan?
- Yes. A bigger plan starts right away and you pay the difference for the rest of the period; a smaller plan starts at your next renewal. Cancelling keeps your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
- How do I pay?
- By card, through Angry Monkey, the company behind Melon Cut. Plans renew monthly or yearly, as you choose when you subscribe.
