Logo download: every logo file, in the format people ask for
"Can you send us the logo?" stops being an email. On your brand's Assets page, anyone with the link selects the logos they need and downloads the original files, or converts them to PNG, JPEG, PDF, WebP or GIF at up to 2000 px and 600 DPI.

Logo download, step by step
Open the Assets page
Go to the brand's page and open Assets. Use the Market and Tag filters to narrow the libraries down to the logos you need.
Select the logos
Pick one logo or several. The selection gathers in one place, ready to download together.
Download or convert
Download the originals exactly as they were uploaded, zipped, or choose a format and set the background colour, width, height, quality and DPI.
The right file for each job
A web designer wants a PNG, a printer wants a high-resolution PDF, and a slide deck needs a JPEG on white. Instead of keeping a folder of exports for every case, keep your master files and let people convert them on download.
- Originals: the exact files you uploaded, zipped together
- PNG, WebP and GIF: a background colour only if you add one
- JPEG and PDF: always on a background colour you choose
- Width and height up to 2000 px, with the logo's shape kept
- A quality setting, and up to 600 DPI for print
No more old logos in circulation
When you replace a logo and publish, the Assets page serves the new file from then on. People who come back to the link get the current logo, not the one attached to an email two years ago. If you rebrand, the old identity's page tells visitors it is an older version and links to the current one.
Logos shown with their rules
On the Usage page, logos sit in sections with notes on how and where to use each one, next to the colours and fonts they go with. People read the rule and get the file in the same visit.
Your real logo on AI designs
Melon Cut Design uses the same logo files. Add your brand's @username to a chat and the real logo is placed on the finished picture - the AI never draws it, and it is never recoloured or stretched.

How do I give someone my logo files?
Send them the link to your brand's guidelines. On the Assets page they select the logos they need and download the originals or a converted copy, without having to ask you.
Can I download a logo as a PNG?
Yes. Select the logo, choose PNG and, if you need one, set a background colour or a width or height up to 2000 px. Leave the background colour out and none is added.
What DPI should a logo for print be?
Printers commonly ask for 300 DPI. You can convert a logo at up to 600 DPI, or download the original - an SVG logo stays sharp at any size.

People also ask
- Brand guidelines How do I share brand assets with a designer or agency? Share one link to your brand guidelines instead of emailing files. A designer or agency needs your logo files in several formats, exact colour codes, your fonts or their names, examples of your imagery and the rules for using them. Keeping all of it on one page means they always take the latest version and don't have to ask again.
- Brand guidelines Brand guidelines PDF or website: which is better? A website is usually the better home for brand guidelines people use every day: there is only ever one current version, and colour codes can be copied and files downloaded from the same page. A PDF still suits a fixed snapshot, such as a print handover. Keep the website as the source and hand out a PDF only when someone needs one.
