Brand guidelines

How do I make AI images on-brand?

Short answer

Give the AI your brand, not just a prompt: your colours, fonts, photo style and the rules for your logo. Describing them in every prompt helps, but results still drift. A tool that reads your published brand guidelines does it consistently. In Melon Cut Design, add your brand's @username and every result follows its guidelines, with your real logo placed afterwards.

Why generic prompts drift, and how to keep every AI image on-brand.

Prompting for your brand

If you prompt by hand, put the same brand details in every prompt:

  • Name your colours by HEX code, not just "blue"
  • Describe the photo or illustration style you use
  • Say what to avoid as well as what to include
  • Attach examples of past work that looked right

Why the logo should not be generated

Image models redraw logos from memory, so letters, proportions and colours come out slightly wrong. A real logo file placed on the finished picture is always exact.

Brand-aware generation in Melon Cut

Type your brand's @username in the Brand chip. Its instructions and most relevant assets and fonts guide the result, and the real logo file is placed after generation - never recoloured or stretched, inside the safe area. The brand needs published guidelines, and a branded image costs 30 credits.
